Bottle. BBE date Nov 2011; Drank Oct 2010 - Copper in colour. Yeasty; lots of floaties and thick sediment. Spicy. Fruity; citrus orange, apple and peach. Malty; caramel, candy sugar. Hoppy; floral citrusy hops. Alcohol quite evident. Sweet spicy fruity with a bitter hoppy edge. Dry bitter hoppy finish. (2010-10)

UPDATED: APR 18, 2016 Jim/John is back tasting. Bottle courtesy of scott. Unclear orange with very quickly diminishing head. Honey sweet, alcoholic, rye-ish, grainy, apple, banana, white raisans, dried banana, old pineapple, coriander. Quite sweet. Smooth full bodied, oily and slick. No carbonation.

Bottle shared at the John/Jim tasting. Very hazy golden orange with no real head. Aroma of malt, toffee, woody notes and fruits. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT. Slight hazy orange golden with head that lasts a few seconds. Sherry, lots of oxidized notes, grainy, apricot, alcohol, light honey. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel and barely any carbonation. Way past its prime.

Bottle at the Jim / John is back tasting, Den Haag, April 2016. Poured a murky orange amber with little life. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a rich caramel alcoholic spicy, light hop palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation.
