UPDATED: JAN 15, 2019 Cloudy gold. No head. Aroma: grains, leathery yeast, spicy and citrusy notes. Light body. Flat carbonation. Taste: malty, fruity, yeasty. Low bitterness. Bland.

Unter dem Prädikat "Saisonbier" bekommt man ein Gewürzbier nach belgischen Vorbild. Es mag ein bisschen mild anmuten, aber ist doch ein vollmundiges Bier mit guten Aromen, die wunderbar die Kehle hinuntergehen. Das einzige was mir fehlt, ist eine Erklärung für den Namen - es hätte mich schon interessiert was/wer Enkir ist.

Draft - Bready and some light grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. Light sweetness and some bready notes.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some yeasty notes and some peach and apricot fruitiness.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2018 Saison italiana artesanal de Birra del Borgo. De barril. Fuerte aroma a heno. Poca espuma que desaparece. Color ambar claro algo denso. Gusto amargo a un extraño cereal y resina, lupulo. Retrogusto amargo y refrescante que no me convence. Cuerpo medio ligero.

33cl bottiglietta bb2/2019, ABI- saveurs. Would never have guesse that Enkir/Triticum Monococcum is Einkorn, the old grain species quite a few German brewers are rediscovering nowadays. Even less: that the underlying fat golden ale is supposed to be a saison... - Poirs an oily cereal yellow, little head. Aroma of beeswax over honey, soaked cornflakes, margarine, dusty pollen and sweet coriander perfume. Onset of taste could be a Ename-style Belgian ale with less yeasty esters and instead more delicate, flower-derived adjuncts. High slickness on the palate, has a certain wheaty, bready heaviness to it that i do not need in saison but recognise from Einkornbiere. A not unlikeable bold Italian experiment, now going large batch courtesy of ABI?

Final flavor: light sweet acidic; long duration. Palate: light medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, light astringent finish. dulçor lembra pêssego e maçã, muito agradável, refrescante, otima drinkability, background com leve presença de levedura, lembrando um pouco massa de pão, mas sem ser enjoativo e nem prejudicar o conjunto, 120 s
