Rating from old records. From sleek looking bottle (different to the one in the photo) in shaker. A nice hoppy little number, as a Celtics fan, I'm sorry to see this brewery has gone under.

Typical Sterk, selling bottles that have been expired for over two years 🙄 looks relatively nice; murky copper colour with a thin head. Aggressive aroma of hard candy. Taste is mandarin and candied sugar. Excessive carbonation, probably due to it being insanely expired. Thanks, Sterk!

Celt Experience Bleddyn 1075 (Bottle)
330ml dark bottle, unfiltered, from BeersOfEurope. The address is the original Celt Experience rather than Evans Evans who acquired the brand in 2016. The best before date is unclear and could be either 2016 or 2018. Sticky mouldy leather aroma. Sticky toffee flavour in the malt, with sugar, and bittering hops, and some remains of fragrant hops. The condition is good, and the malt is good, but its not clear what the intention is with the hops. On the whole this is not my thing - too sweet and too bitter and too cloying. It's not awful or anything, but it's not rocking my b oat, and at times it is irritating me.

Welsh interpretation of a belgian tripel beer. ABV 8.5%, IBU 35.  spicy, cinnamon, earthy aroma. despite being a punchy 8.5% - orange peel in the mouth stops it being overwhelmingly heavy, leaving it warming and reassuringly heavy. as they says.  grapefruit, tasty enough, but a bit too oaky & heavy for my preferences, and a little pumpkiny or soapy

330 ml bottle. Best before 03/01/2014! may be a tad old... Pours a hazy reddish mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of bready malts, brown sugar, and cookie spices. Flavors follow same; very malty but with an element of bitter herbal/earthy hops. Can't say US hops... More like the flavors of a British barley wine at this point - but that ain't bad.

330ml bottle from Koht, Tallinn. Pours golden clear, big fluffy white head, stays, lacing, little bit over-carbonated. Aroma is citrussy, very fruity, hoppy. Taste is bitter, grapefruity, piney. Bit watery feeling. Kinda light body, over average carbo. Really bitter, nice aroma promised more fruitiness. Drinkable.

Pint bottle. Dark brown with a tan head. Fruited nose includes berries, earth, and cocoa. Low bitterness early but dark bakers chocolate bitterness late and then it becomes citrusy. Caramel, earthiness, complex dark and over ripe fruit flavors. Finishes a lot like a mild with that earthy maltiness.

September 22, 2015 - at Earl of Essex - Keg draught. It must be this beer, but the chalkboard added "Brett" to the name. Very bubbly slightly hazy orange with a decent lasting creamy white head. Aroma is like a standard fruity/estery hefeweizen with a light brett funk overlay; some alcohol. Taste is less fruity, plenty of dry floral bitterness and more green brett bugginess - good though. Solid body, enough bitterness to seem a bit squeaky/astringent, very lively mouthfeel with a medium-long surprisingly dry buggy finish - very very nice beer, I was quite surprised - not that I had expectations.

Probably in a Spoons, February 2016. Deep coppery gold capped densely with foam. Nose of preserved orange, wine gums, almost strawberry. More husk and sappy presence than the previous with a firm jolt of hop to finish. Some red apple and monkey nut. Bitter but not especially flavoursome or resinous. Just another bitter golden.
