Martinsh	2.3 Saigon Export Bottle from local Lidl store (as Bia Saigon Export) – drank at home. Pours golden yellow with a small very transient bubble off-white head. The aroma just exudes a general malty sweetness. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with a creamy texture. Flavour has creamed corn, rice and malts with some metallic hints. Carbonation is low. tontalus	1.3 Saigon Export Das Saigon Export von Sabeco kommt in einer Vichy Flasche daher. Ich habe es in dem asiatischen Supermarkt in Reutlingen am Busbahnhof gekauft, der es von Viatnam hergekarrt hat. Der Geruch nach Kuhstall ist leicht muffig und lässt keine Zugeständnisse auf ein deutsches Export zu. Vermutlich hat der Reis und das Antioxidationsmittel auf der Zutatenliste damit zu tun. Die Schaumkrone fällt fast sofort zusammen - vermutlich derselbe Grund. Beim Antrunk rezent und fast völlig geschmacklos. Der Reis kommt ein wenig durch, typische Getreidewürze hält sich auch zurück. Beim Abgang bitterer aber ohne eigenen Hopfengeschmack. Massenbier, das besser zum Haarewaschen verwendet werden sollte. Monday, October 23, 2023

Moderate body, average carbonation. Sweeter finish but with an underlying slightly harsh bitterness.
