Dominion Oak Barrel Stout? http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/dominion-oak-barrel-stout/32666/ If we are talking the same beer, I agree! Have you had the brewpub version on nitro? That is truly a special beer.
That’s it. Haven’t had it on tap at all. That beer started it all for me.

I’m wondering: Of those who have replied (and any future posters) do you have the beer you listed often? Monthly? At least once a year? How often?

No set schedule, but an average of once a month or so.
I never met Walt, but when something funny or cool happens that makes me glad to be on RB, there’s a chance I’ll grab an Orval to toast Walt and RB in general. Same goes for Rainier when something reminds me of friends from my old neighborhood, and Reissdorf Kolsch when my dad’s on my mind.
Shakespeare Stout definitely belongs on this list, but Rogue doesn’t have quite the charm it did 20 years ago. Still, that beer always drinks pretty good.

Given I started drinking beer in 1984 (regularly), I definitely have a different definition of "Old School Craft" - essentially anything that wasn’t a Pale Lager and/or brewed by BMC. Leaving out imports, the only one that is still around is Little Kings. Probably drink it a couple times a year - an 8 pack of 7 ounce bottles.

Dogfish Head 60 Minute, when fresh, is still tasty.

Samuel smiths oatmeal stout. An early fave and still holds up.

I always have Celebrator in my fridge, though it ages well, so I don’t drink it every day or week.
Rasputin every once and a while in the bottle and pretty much every time I see it on a nitro tap.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is my wife’s favorite beer and I’d imagine I have a few every month and often more than a few. Founder’s Porter I don’t get so much as I’ve substituted in Revolution Eugene as my go-to porter--mostly because it’s local, not because it is a better beer.
