Flavour is intense bitter pine, malts, some caramel, and a touch of fruit? Medium bodied and chewy, good carbonation, and a mild sweetness with a high bitterness. Nicely fruity profile, hides the alcohol very well, though tastes a lot like sparkling fruit pop along the lines of San Pelligrino blood orange. It's a hazy light brown with nice sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong initial grapefruit, later tangerine. Taste mirrors aroma exactly with mild underlying malt backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.
