Tolis	3.7 Kunstmann Session IPA -Aroma : very nice fruity aromas, though with notes of not so pleasant overripeness. There are notes of tobacco and earth as well. Overall nice and interesting. - Taste/Mouthfeel : same taste as the aroma. Some fruityness, berries, herbalness, earthyness and notes of tobacco. I'm not a big fan of earthyness, but it's a nice addition to make it a little bit more complicated. Bitterness is strong, more strong than the usual session IPA, and I would say too strong compared to the malt bsse, somewhat unbalanced, but not too bad. Medium nice body, more body than most session IPAs. I would say that in taste it is closer to a classic IPA that a session one. Overall : nice aroma and taste with a lots of levels. Even though I'm not a fan of earthy flavors, here they added some complexity. The bitterness is too strong though, kind of unbalanced compared with the malt. Overall a nice pretty strong Session IPA. Fresh IPA hops giving some grassy and spicy notes over caramel malts. The taste is bitter with green leaves, but a herbal balance. Dry finish mouthfeel. Very dry actually. Almost a 5% ABV hopbomb.
