Milde hopfenwürzig-kräuterige Herbe. Schlank bis dünn im Mund. Im trockenen Abgang milde Zitronenschalenherbe. - Weder so hopfenaromatisch noch so knackig bitter wie ein richtig gutes Pils, eher ein besser gehopftes Helles; dennoch angenehm. (8.11.2019.) microbrewologist	2.9 Heidjer Pils Goldgelb, angenehm karbonisiert, mittelmäßige Krone. Sehr grasige Niten, etwas Malz, Heu. Geschmacklich mild und weich, leichte Hopfenbitterkeit im Abgang. Süffig, aber nicht sehr außergewöhnlich. Bemerkenswert ist aber auch das Flaschenformat (sehr selten, Gourmetflasche mit Ploppverschluss) sowie das traditionell-liebevolle Design.
