The color is a nice dark ruby red. The beer has a slight haziness. On top there is a nice layer of almond colored foam. Foam retention is low. A nice creamy drape and some lacing are left. Pretty nice. The aroma of the beer is pretty nice. Malts give some nice toasty aromas. Some caramel, some chocolate, some toffee, some coffee. Hops give some herbal aromas and some earthy grounds notes. Some slight fruity notes from the yeast in the back. It is nice, but for a Porter rather simple maybe. But not bad. The taste is also nice. Sweet malts with some bitter roast notes. Hops give some nice bitterness too. Slight fruity acidity and savory toast. All in all, a nicely balanced beer. The mouthfeel of the beer is nice. Medium body, smooth texture and medium carbonation. The finish of the beer is nice. Some roast, some bitter hops and some fruity yeast notes. All in all, a pretty nice beer. Good one. The beer has a nice haziness. On top of the beer there is a nice layer of frothy slightly grayish orange foam. Foam retention is average. A thin drape and some nice lacing are left on top. Not bad. The aroma is nice. Malts give some nice caramel aromas and some some toffee. Some slight roast in the back. Pretty nice. Hops give some herbal notes and some leafy notes, nice and dark. Fits the looks of the beer. Pretty nice. The taste of the beer is also nice. Sweet malts, bitter hops, a slight acidity and a slight savory note from the toast notes. Well balanced. The mouthfeel of the beer is nice. Medium body, smooth extra and medium carbonation. The finish of the beer is nice. It has some nice caramel malts, warming leafy hops, nice bitter ending. The beer has a nice haziness. On top there is a nice almost creamy layer of foam. Foam retention is pretty good. Some nice lacing is left on top of the beer. All in all, quite a nice beer. The beer has a lovely aroma. Malts give nice caramel aromas, with some grainy aromas. The hops are herbal and spicy, with some grassy notes. Pretty straight forward, but good. Very pure and crisp. The taste of the beer is nice. Sweet malts, bitter hops, quite a lot of them, and some slight acidic notes. The result is a pretty well balanced beer. The mouthfeel is also nice. Medium body, smooth texture and medium carbonation. The finish is nice and bitter, with some spicy hop notes. All in all, quite a nice crisp refreshing brew. Thursday, December 29, 2022

Simple, yet clean and crisp. Pretty nice. The taste of the beer is also nice. Sweet malts, bitter hops and a slight acidity in the back. Nice and bitter, but well balanced. Interesting brew. The mouthfeel of the beer is also pretty nice. Medium body, rather light body and medium carbonation. The finish is nice. It has a pretty nice bitterness. All in al, a pretty nice beer.
