Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, biscotto, frutta secca, agrumi, ananas, pompelmo rosa, arancia amara, mandarino, erbe aromatiche, frutta appassita, ciliegia, pepe e pesca a pasta gialla. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Aroma is intense malty, caramel, molasses, even a little nutty. Body is average, but sticky, with moderate carbonation. Some chewy feeling. Taste is medium-high sweet, but moderated by nice elegant sour due to oxidation. Final is fairly long and malty. Sunday, May 15, 2022

Aroma of honey-toasted grain, crisp earthy pepper, grass, and lemon zest. Tastes of iced tea with lemon juice, apple, minty herb and a mildly spicy-bitter finish of wooden hops. Flavour is malty, light sweetness, light acidity, intense cherry. I'd maybe like a bit more sweetness, but the amarena character is spot on and lingers for a very long time. Excellent stuff. The aroma is grass, clean grape, soft pink peppercorn and a rich malt. The taste is an interesting balance between the fruit sweet hops, the spice pink peppercorn and balanced against malt richness. Taste has sweetish mango & orange, bitter core of pepper, herbs & grapefruit peel, yeasty, old bready feel. Dry, yeasty, peppery hoppy finish, old dusty fruit & some warming gin alcohol lingering. PapaSkeetSkeet	3.4 Almond 22 Pink I.P.A. Fresh bottle at Fortnight in downtown Providence, RI. Pours the color of passion-fruit juice, off-white head, coarse, huge (foams out the top of the glass) and fades moderate-quick to a few scattered bubbles and a ring. Aroma is malt caramel, grass, peppercorn, touch of lemon and grapefruit citrus, hint of pine sap. Body is syrupy, medium-medium-light weight, a touch starchy, medium-big, medium-fine carbonation with a med-light burn that lingers on the palate. Flavor is light malt sweetness and spicy herbs, sap, and grass hop flavor, pretty clean, with a substantial and somewhat harsh bitterness predominant in the aftertaste. Crisp, refreshing, a touch of whole wheat flour in the finish. HIPA ppl won't go for this, but west coast might. I know this beer was shipped from the brewery to the distributor within the last month; however, I do wonder when it was brewed based on the reviews below - the litany of tropical and citrus fruit that people are listing off appear only as hints to me.
