4 Hickoks Doc Holiday Ale On tap at Brewery/Restaurant This should probably be re-classified as an Old Ale. Claims to be a blend of four individually brewed ales. Rich roasted malt flavor, lightly hopped. Pours a deep dark brown with tan head that dissipates quickly leaving nice lacing on side of glass. Don’t leave the place without trying this one! 2.9 Hickoks Calamity Red On tap at the brewpub. Made with Calamity Blonde. Spicy, malty, with moderate hops and a bit of funkiness. A big light on the end. A mix of styles-not a blonde, dubble, or triple. More like an IPA-Belgium style. Different but a decent brew. Saturday, February 9, 2008

3.3 Hickoks Wild Berry Wheat Surprisingly good. I only ordered it b/c the waiter only thought there were about 4 beers on tap (wtf?) when i asked him what they had. Flavor is predominantly raspberry, but like the others have said, it is not overly sweet while still having a good fruit flavor. could do with having a more full-bodied beer underneath, but overall quite good. 3.8 Hickoks Wild Berry Wheat on draft. a delightful vision of dark pinkness, with wonderful berry aroma and lasting berry flavor. not painfullly sweet, and free of the odd seed-y flavors that often accompany berry beers. Hops make an impression; add some oomph to the flavor. A real winner in the world of fruit beers. Wednesday, February 28, 2007
