The mouthfeel is quite weak, and semi-dry; the carbonation doesn’t help it; there is a common honey flavor. The aroma is better than the flavor; not my style, but quite well done. Dry, phenollic aroma with a discreet honey character. Appears almost thin-bodied, a heavy sparkle, dry white wine character, pears and phenols, again only discreet honey. Nice, mild aroma; vinous, with berry juice; very light smell of Band Aid or hospital disinfectant; sweat. The mouthfeel is quite dry, and astringent too; if any honey flavor, it’s very low, while the berry flavor is not to strong but at least more evident; unfortunately there is an extremely strong flavor of chemicals and disinfectants. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with a degree of astringency; no honey flavor; mild blueberry juice flavor; the final is even more astringent. The aroma is lightly honeyish with a bit of floral/honeyed character. Lightly yeasty flavour, soft floral sweetness but generally bland and lacking in character.
