Body is medium to full, with a syrupy but not sticky mouth feel. Carbonation is fine, gentle to medium, fizzy. Head is well flavored and creamy. Taste is notably sweet, medium-high bitterness, low acidity. Flavors are dried fruits, prune, dark malt, mild hops - ripe guava, piney, mildly phenolic, green, sharp; toasted bread, burnt marshmallow, wood-leather. Nice! A wintery drink. corkyrory66	0.5 Dancing Camel Leche Del Diablo Blonde de 5 % abv, aromatisée en … hébreu. Mon exemplaire était sans date lisible .. A noter que le brasseur recommande de boire la bière à 2°C … j'espère que c'est une plaisanterie !! A noter aussi un très fort gushing à l'ouverture. Couleur doré pâle, un peu vin blanc. Bulles moyennes, en fontaine vive. Mousse qui tombe immédiatement au versage, pour laisser le liquide complètement vierge. Arômes de blanc de poireau, câpres. 1ère bouche vinaigrée en diable .. (d'où sans doute le nom " del diablo ") Arrière-bouche avec du hot chili pepper (2ème raison pour le nom ...) 2ème bouche sans tenue aucune, aigre et piment se heurtant violemment. Arrière-bouche sans intérêt, piquante. Longueur qui ne trouve que des désaccords .. Jambes totalement lisses Levure nulle. Alcool qui regarde passer le chameau .. Finale nulle. CONCLUSION : un chameau passait en dansant avec un bonnet à cornes d'Angus Young d'AC/DC … " houla, houla, dit la bergère, il est temps de rentrer les chameaux .. piti coquin .. corkyrory66	1.6 Dancing Camel My Funny Levantine Stout de 5 % abv et 51 ebu, aromatisé à l'anis, ingrédient du Levant. Ce qui est très amusant est de voir que le brasseur considère sa bière comme un " extra stout " !! Mon exemplaire était sans date décelable, sauf à lire l'hébreu. Couleur noir assez intense (vers 100 ebc). Mousse brun roux, en couronne à la paroi. Arômes de chicorée grillée, bonbon à l'anis de jadis, pain d'épices. 1ère bouche avec peu de présence du café, vite dominé par l'anis. Arrière-bouche avec ce côté un peu sacristie de l'ancien temps ... 2ème bouche sans équilibre, l'épice est portée trop en avant. Arrière-bouche avec un manque flagrant d'harmonie entre saveurs. Longueur qui fait penser à certains gâteaux secs à l'anis. Jambes huileuses, assez longues. Levure lisse, correcte. Alcool faible, il regarde le chameau qui danse, ma foi, pas mal .. un peu comme Rabbi Jacob .. Finale avec un côté très désuet. CONCLUSION : un stout ?? je n'ai pas trop vu. A l'anis, oui, j'ai vu !! Un chameau qui danse comme un fou, j'ai vu et j'ai admiré ... Mais c'est peu quand même pour le sujet qui nous occupe sur le site. (3/3/2/2/6) Sunday, May 3, 2020

Sourish nose, with an important acetic sting. Lactic acid also present, brown candi sugar, ironoxide (head tested, negative). Drier, less acidic taste. Seriously roasted malts even with some roast bitterness. Wood, woodstripper, aldehydes. Caramel without any surplus sweetness. Finish has again a light acidity, IMHO linked to the FeO.
