flying_pig	3.9 Bragdy'r Nant Cwrw Du Rhif 6 / No.6 Dark Ale 500ml bottle from Conwy, Wales: Opaque black with a quarter cm, foamy head that's tan brown & just about covers the surface before turning quite patchy. Chocolate malts & sugars open the nose, there's roasted malts & some coffee bitterness with a hint of sweetness at the end. The taste is similar with dark chocolate then dark, sweet malts & touches of earthy bitterness too but it's balanced, full-bodied & quite smooth with soft carbonation too. Sunday, August 8, 2021

ManVsBeer	3.2 Bragdy'r Nant Chwaden Aur Bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Golden-amber with an extremely thin head. Has a dense tasting hoppy-fruitiness, with plenty of the latter. Further Personal Perceptions: -A slice of foam covers the brownish black. -The chocolatey impressions are in the 60% cocoa range. -Vanilla is also perceived at times. -The finish is rather delicate. Has a yellow-orange body with minimal carbonation and also okay head. Aroma of soft hay funk. Flavour is a bitter and tinny affair with lots of hops and wheat character but no malt. Dry finish. Pours darl brown with a foamy off-white head. Fluffy grainy mouthfeel. Contrary to what the others thought, I didn’t actually mind this. Soft caramel, vague hints of cocoa.
