Sevenlee	3.8 Botto Bier Zoontje Pours a deep red colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malt, fruits like tangerine, raisins and plums; citrus, caramel and dry hops. Taste is also sweet malt, plenty of fruit, again with the raisins and plums with some caramel and yeast leading to a citrusy, fruity, caramel and dry hoppy bitterness. Although listed as a Belgian Strong Ale, I think it’s a mixture of that and an IPA. Really great stuff. Sunday, November 11, 2012
Russo	4.4 Botto Bier Thor Bottled and Drank with the own Brewer! ;) Nice Doppelbock beer. Dark color with a nice and peersistent brown foamy. Complex and amazing aroma. Notes of coffe, roasted malt, chocolate and something else that I couldn’t define! Flavor is bitter with notes of roasted malt and coffee. Mouthfeel is bitter and dry. The best one, but is home brewerie! I wanna try some more!! Português: Bebida com o próprio cervejeiro, Cervej preta com uma espuma marrom bonita e persistente. Aroma muito complexo, notas de café, chocolate e malte torrado, tinha algo mais, porém não consegui identificar. Sabor amargo com notas de malte torrado, café e chocolate. Retrogosto amargo e seco.
