“Visited on 16th June 2017. High end shopping outlet with it’s own dairy, backery, garden centre and pub/hotel. Main interest is the Food Hall with the beer and cider selection. Mostly Shropshire stuff but also from Wales and surrounding counties. About 50 different bottles if you include the apple juice.“

“UPDATE: Now re-named Ludlow Farm Shop with a nice new logo. Found a few new breweries / cider producers on our recent visit, including the return of Old Fekkah's cider after a few years hiatus.

The mother of all farm shops. This modern building just outside Ludlow has won Farm Shop of the Year numerous times and it’s easy to see why. The estate on which is stands has been providing very high quality meat, dairy products, cakes, even honey, to Shropshire restaurants for years and this is place you can buy some for yourself. A favourite stop-off for tourist buses so if you’re unlucky, you could find yourself in a midst of dawdling Aussie pensioners. Beer wise, expect a good selection of Shropshire ales - Woods, Salopian, Three Tuns, Six Bells, Monty’s Hobsons etc.. with some cider and other beer from neighbouring counties too. Nothing too exciting or adventurous I’m afraid, but that’s Shropshire. If you’re camping somewhere, it’s worth a stop for their incredible burgers and sausages.“

“To describe this as a grocers is a gross understatement. Its an award winning farm shop that sells some interesting if not rare bottled beers. The last time I was there (Nov 2013 ) there was a reasonable range of Woods, Monty’s from Central Wales and a few other well established micros . Nothing too adventurous but still quite interesting. The food range is awesome and not cheap.Ludlow is also a very pleasant place to visit.“
