UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Goldgelb und mit minimalistischer, schnell vergänglicher Schäumung besucht mich der Maibock von Hummel. Eine nicht unbeträchtliche frische orangenfruchtige Herbe legt sich in der Duftprobe über das wuchtige, honigsüße Malzkonstrukt. Der weiche Antrunk geht fett hellmalzig mit schöner Lindenblütenhonigsüße über die Bühne. Ein Hauch Orangeat und eine prägnante frische, zitrusfruchtige Herbe folgen ihr auf dem Fuße. Bei ausgesprochen milder Rezenz erreicht der Hummel Maibock vom Körper her eine schöne Wuchtigkeit. Eingangs erwähnte Herbe lässt ihn wunderbar kräuterig ausklingen. Rückblickend handelt es sich um einen großzügig gehopften, angenehm honigsüßen, äußerst runden Maibock. Vom Feinsten!

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2020 Bursztynowy kolor, piwo przejrzyste. Piana nawet spora, typu kożuch, powoli się redukowała, zostawiała ślad na szkle. Aromat sporo słodu, owoców, karmel, skórka chleba. W smaku przeważa owoc, słód, trochę posmak chleba, karmel, do tego również w tle goryczka chmielowa. Trunek nie jest zły, dobrze wchodzi w upalny dzień, alkohol dobrze ukryty, ale czuć moc piwa.

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2019 Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is very juicy malts, honeymelon, estery. Taste is juicy malts, very fresh sweetish fruity hops, honeymelon, so much balance and fruits there. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. About as good as a Maibock gets, wow!
