UPDATED: APR 20, 2024 355 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a big fluffy head. Lots of brett, orange peel, coriander seeds, fermented hay, again brett, grapefruit, vanilla. Dry bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry funky zesty bitter finish. Tasty, very authentic Belgian Saison!

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2023 Bottle from Tesco Supermarket, Rochdale. Slightly hazy golden coloured brew. Well carbonated, perhaps overly so, it's yeasty, slightly sweet, and a fruity saison.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2023 Bottle - clear golden Amber with white head diastolic lacy line. Very pleasant aroma - banana, orange. OK mouthfeel. Tasting the alcohol bit bit tart finish. Prefer aroma to final taste.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2023 Pours lightly murky gold with thick soapy white head, slightly funky aroma with hints of sugar, cinnamon and orange. Crisp, banana, clove, lemony twist in the finish.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2021 한국 구스아일랜드 브루하우스에서 400ml 16,000원에 제공됩니다. 와인통 숙성에 세종스타일로 양조한 하이브리드 맥주로서 외관은 뉴잉 스타일로 평범하지만 살짝 스파이시 그러니까 와인 탄닌의 떫음으로 시작해서, 오렌지를 기반한 달달한 시트러스 풍미에 바이젠의 바닐라향과 꽃향 그리고 부드러운 피니시까지 갖춘 아로마 풍부한 맥주입니다. 토요일을 더 행복한 토요일로 만들어주기 충분했죠. 그나저나 난 이게 비누플래버, 즉 소피한 풍미를 내기에 이름이 소피인줄 알았는데 구스아일랜드 설립자 '존 홀'의 발랄한 손녀 이름이 Sofie였다고.... 이거 가끔 편의점이 미쳐서 4병짜리 팩 15,000원 내외로 예약제로 팔때 있는데 반드시 득템해야할 품목 중 하나!
