Coloração clara,líquido turvo,espuma mediana com baixa manutenção,boa carbonatação;aroma bem suave com notas tênues de malte e fermento;sabor um pouco mais marcante,aparecendo notas cítricas e terrosas e um leve amargor ao fundo,final frutado e adocicado,refrescante,baixo corpo,boa drinkability. Confesso que esperava mais pela boa fama da cervejaria,breja regular.

23/08/2015 istanbul. Görüntü:Bulanık koyu portakal renginde, beyaz hızlı sönen bir köpük. Koku: narenciye ve maya kokuları önde. Tatlı malt yine burunda baskın. Tadım: Düşük gövdeli, narenciye ve limoni tatları önde, hafif ekşilik ve maya içeren bir tadıma sahip. Maya ve ekmeksilik damakta hissedilse de kalıcılığı düşük ve belirli bir yönü öne çıkamayan bir bira. Kolay içimli bu açık renkli buğday Ale'i yazın sıcak Günlerinde iyi bir alternatif olabilir..

12 oz. bottle from Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: slight white head, straw color, light cloudy. light lacing. Aroma: wheat, lemon grass, citrus, light caramel. Palate: light body, average to softer carbonation, light sticky texture, with light grassy bitter hops. Overall, nothing amazing, a little thin, but the lemon is pretty well done and pretty drinkable.

Bottle. Slightly hazy light Golden. Sour Nose, slightly sour wheaty taste. Thin texture, very small White head. Light body, average carbonation.

Rating from May 2010....its pale golden with an off white head....a very simple aroma...very lager-like...simple flavor as well...an easy to drink wheat....nothing special....nothing offense--a little citrus action happening in the finish

Rated based on notes taken 27 Dec 2011 -- A very nice pale ale. One of the first Southern Tier beers that didn’t have that bright hop presence.

Bottle @midlaren with dutchdrebus. Yellow color with a small head. Smells sweet, grassy, grain. Tastes also sweet, grassy, grain and some hops. Mwah.

Bottle @ Midlaren holiday. Slightly hazy yellow to orange colour with a small white head. Smells sweet, wheat, some hops, slightly grassy. Tastes sweet, hops, wheat, grassy. Thin to medium body, nice carbo.
