COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with a special English style malted barley from Great Western Malting and from 100% English Goldings hops. This ale, as the Brits would say, is a bit "earthy and grassy." O.G. 12.5 Alcohol by weight 3.9%

(Draft: Big Time Brewery and Alehouse in Seattle, WA) So, the beers here tend to have a funky aroma. Again, a stinky feet aroma creeps into the nose, though not as obvious as the Blonde. Otherwise, it smells somewhat sweet and grainy. Flavor is sweet and caramely, somewhat grainy, mildly bitter. Light golden colored body, small off-white head. Some patchy lacing is left along the top of the glass as the head fades to a ring. Not bad, but it’s basically just generic microbrewed beer to me.

A slant of brilliance, like slits of light through slats of the roof. Good times. Yeah, bitters.
