Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. Gushing unfortunately. Pretty heavy on the clove component. A very good beer anyhow. Nice smooth palate. Delicious. Thanks a lot Bov!
Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Beer color of fire, under a beige plentiful and cloudy foam. Explosion of fruity and honeyed flavors at the opening. Smell malty and spicy, notes of stone fruits and butter-diacetyl. The taste is soft, but full, light and carbonated body. The spices coat the palate and the slightly bitter of kernel, in a dry and honeyed finish.
from 3 Sinne - hazy copper-amber colour with a huge creamy beige foam left; nice lace; aroma of banana, nutmeg and ginger; medium-bodied and with a high but subtle carbonation, some light initial sweetness followed by a slightly tart bitterness; quite dry and long spicy finish with light honeyish notes - very good beer again from Zulg
