Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2019 3 month old can from markdown bin A: Clear deep orange with 1' of tan head retaining well and lacing thickly. S: Citrus pith and zest, pine and heavy caramel. T: Very bitter pine, citrus pith and orange zest with lightly sweet caramel and wood to balance. M: Soft carbonation and a medium body, finishing fairly clean. O: I've really enjoyed the few Uinta beers I've had and this is no exception. If I regularly drank at this strength It would be a frequent buy.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2018 Superbe découverte dans un restaurant péruvien de Los Angeles (Los Balcones). Résineux et assez forte tout de même. Peu senti le côté caramel que d’autres ont pu commenter.
