UPDATED: FEB 4, 2024 Bottle at home. Meglepően jól balanszolt vágottfüves-herbális és kissé citrusos komlók összehangja dominál, a mérleg az előző javára billenve. Tök frissítő, kerek és ropogós, pedig nem voltak különösebben nagy elvárásaim.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2023 Przyjemny cytrusowy aromat, klarowne przejrzyste złoto z wysoką białą pianą. Dość pełne, nieco karmelową słodowość mocno kontruje fajna goryczka, cytrusowa ale inna niż zwykle - nie grejpfrut, nie pomarańcza ani cytryna. Bardzo dobre, szkoda, że nie umiem nazwać chmielu. Dość wysoko wysycone, bardzo pijalne.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2022 Dies war das erste Bier von Crew Republic, das auf den Markt gekommen ist. Der fruchtige Geruch nach Litschi war nie so deutlich wie bei diesem Pale Ale. Verantwortlich dafür war die Kombination der Hopfensorten Tradition, Mosaic, Citra und Cascade. Das Bier ist klar goldgelb und der Mittel porige Schaum sehr üppig und auch standfest. im Antrunk sind die Malzsorten Pilsener, Münchner und Karamellmalz dezent zu schmecken. Gerade die von mir erwartete Süße des karamellmalz es hat man zurückgenommen. Genauso verhält es sich beim Abgang mit der Hopfenbittere. Es gibt Andeutungen von Mango, orange und Ananas . Die Hopfen Bitterkeit ist aber sehr zurückgeschraubt . Die gut ausgeprägte Rezenz macht das Bier süffig. Am Gaumen bleibt eine unbestimmbare Fruchtigkeit nach Litschi oder Mango zurück , die angenehm ist. Insgesamt sind die Aromen stark zurück gedreht aber doch handwerklich gut verarbeitet. Verständlich, dass beim ersten Bier nicht alle Register gezogen werden können, da man schließlich gegen den übermächtigen industriebier Markt und die damaligen Gewohnheiten der Biertrinker einen überschaubaren Geschmackswechsel als Einstieg wählt. Ein gutes Einsteiger Bier in die Craft Beer Welt. 12-2018

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2022 Leicht trübe, sehr helle Farbe. Fruchtig frischer und trocken getreidiger Geruch. Umreißt schon grob was man geschmacklich bekommt. Fruchtig, floral, hell getreidig, ganz minimale Spuren von Dunkelmalz. Keine extreme Fruchtbombe, im Gegensatz zu vielen Pale Ales der aktuellen Prägung. Alles sehr ausgewogen, sehr solide gemacht und gut komponiert. Fruchtig, aber nicht zu fruchtig, hopfig, aber nicht zu bitter. Sehr süffig. Ich hätte auf maximal 5,2 % Alk. (statt den tatsächlich vorhandenen 5,6 %) getippt. Mir geht es so, dass ich nach einem Pale Ale / IPA genug „aufgehopft“ bin und danach etwas anders trinke. Aber davon kann man sich tatsächlich den ganzen Abend „ernähren“. UPDATED: MAR 7, 2022 Bottle, clear yellow pour with a small white head, aromas of wheat, pines and hops. Flavours fo white bread, some citrus, hops again with a slighlty bitter aftertaste. Overall enjoyable, but not minblowing

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2021 (bottle 0,33l) Overall: Ok, quite light. Aroma: Light sweet, light citrusy, tropical fruits. Appearance: Clear pale golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, light citrusy, tropical fruits, zesty, light bitter. Palate: Light-medium body. Light bitter finish.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2021 Draught at Taps Beer Bar, Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light sweet citrus fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, mineral, slightly watery, light citrus, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2021 Im Glas ein leicht trübes Bernstein mit weißem Schaum. In der Nase Heidekräuter, Feldblumen, Malz und etwas Honig. Im Mund Bierwürze, blumig, etwas Honigsüße und ein Stich hopfige Bitterkeit.
