UPDATED: SEP 30, 2020 I thought this would pour a more reddish color due to the cherries, but it comes out as a dark copper with a white foam head. Aroma is funk, earth, barnyard notes, citrus, and passion fruit. Flavor is tart funk, earth, citrus, passion fruit, with cherries lingering in the finish. Excellent beer.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2020 Bottle, 0.75l, 4 years old. Aroma of tart cherries, oak, red wine, ripe fruit and barnyard. Pours cloudy amber brown color with thin creamy tan-like head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with tart cherries, citrus and passion fruit, following is bready and woody with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Excellent balance between sobriety and madness...

Bottle. Aroma of citrus, hay, barnyard, cherries, cherrystone almond, wood, brett. Light vinegar. Light Sweet and moderate Tart Sour with lingering acidity and cherry notes. Light and juicy. Nice.

Bottle @ El Catador two man down in Grindsted. Hazy amber body with a small offwhite head. Tart, fruity, cherries, cherrystone, slight marzipan notes. I like it.

Bottle. Pours muddy amber with a white head. Aroma of cherries, delciious flowery brett, quite some vinegar, slight wooden - barrel. Taste is flowery brett, quite some honey, good brett, fruity and a mild sourness, a touch of exotic fruits. light dry, Good stuff.

Sour, cherry and light wood aroma. Cloudy red to amber color with minimal sized white head. Dry, astringent, cherry, wood, bit funky, heavy sourness. Medium body, soft carbonation.
