COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It also fits his new beer. This hefeweizen really puts the pedal to the metal. No Limits is a fitting name for Two Roads new brew. No Limits (5% ABV) pours a hazy sunny gold. A plethora of tiny bubbles rise to the surface to create a thick creamy head. All that foam grabs the sides of the glass and leaves behind a nice layer of loose lacing. The aroma is sweet and wheaty with hints of banana and clove. The mouthfeel is remarkable. It’s the first thing I noticed when I took my first sip. It is light and cool with loads of tingly bubbles. I could drink a lot of a beer that goes down so easy. Mmm, so dangerous in such a wonderful way. Thank goodness for the very sessionable ABV! The flavor is slightly sweet and pleasantly wheaty. I especially like the fact that the wheat is somewhat understated. That makes room for the essence of clove and banana and - what’s that? - a whisper of bubblegum to come forth. The finish is clean with nary a trace of bitterness.

chinhaez (422) - Ouray CO, Colorado, USA - SEP 3, 2022
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2022 Can. Pour is a somewhat hazy dark golden color with a medium white head that has good retention. The aroma is mild with some clove and bananas. The taste is more clove and bananas and perhaps a tad bit of nutmeg.. But, the clove really dominates this one. Palate is light and even. Finishes short with previously mentioned spices. Overall: a nice hefe.

NikkTwist (6130) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2022
UPDATED: MAY 30, 2022 Draft at Tradesman's. Foggy gold pour with a dense soft white head. Big banana - both ripe and underripe. Strong clove as well. Clementine. Puffed wheat. Nutmeg. Bubblegum. Body feels pretty thick for a Hefe. Slight grassy hop bite in the finish. A bold interpretation.

PapaSkeetSkeet (1320) - Providence, Rhode Island, USA - OCT 18, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2019 Can from Campus Fine Wines in Providence, RI. Yellow with an inch of white head that fades to a speckled film in about a minute. Moderately hazy (note that by hazy I don't mean 'like hazy IPAs' which are cloudy, not hazy). Aroma is some banana candy and banana with spelt and wheat grain, touch of brown sugar, grass, bit of wet vegetation, hint of blackberry, touch of clove. Body is watery-oily-starchy with a medium-fat carbonation that is fairly intense with a hot burn that lingers on the palate. Medium-light weight. Flavor is lightly tart grain, a bit of grass, touch of caramelized banana and hint of butterscotch, breadcrust, lemon, and allspice. Overall, the flavor is mild besides the tart grain. OK hefe - it's refreshing, but not delicious. Needs more umph in the flavor.
