UPDATED: APR 15, 2023 --Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow, small head. Grassy nose with some mild charcuterie smoke. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Crisp bread, grass and mild smoke. Fairly low bitterness. Subtle, but drinkable and pleasant.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2023 Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour,small white head. Aroma is smoked wet wood, mild herbs, grass, some bready tones with mild grains too. Flavour is smoked, some floral, herbal, mild grassy and grainy tones. Smoothly smoked, but could do with a wee bit more.

ABV: 4.5%. Cloudy - hazy medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, smoke, light yeasty, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, yeast, wheat, smoke, minerals, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230303]

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2019 330ml bottle bought at the Beer Shop in Alfaz. Warm golden body, clear. Clingy lacing from a covering white head. Moderate smell of lemony hops, mid-dry. Saison fruity flavours on a backbone of smoked malts. Ends fruity. Soft in the mouth. Refreshing thirst quencher. (Hotel room, El Albir 30.03.2019).

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2018 Color amarillo, dos dedos de espuma con buena retención, carbonatación media/alta. Aroma a madera quemada, gusto a más humo de hogurea, trigo y un toque de manzana verde. Un weizen-saison-rauchbier, buena, compleja, ideal para compartir porque puede cansar y quizás un pelín sobrecarbonatada. Un cerveza atrevida.

Huele y sabe a humo, al principio es extraño, pero trago a trago se va haciendo adictiva.
