UPDATED: MAR 22, 2020 Bottle from the Taverooni. Purple vinous pour with minimal head. Aroma has big Cabernet notes, lots of dark fruit, some honey. Great sweet mead/rich red wine flavor. Super deep. Fuller body with some heat. Very very nice!

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2019 750 ml swingtop. My bottle says Batch 21, and it's made with Cabernet grapes, so I assume this is the right entry. 13% ABV. Aroma is red wine grapes and honey, as expected. Taste is sweet and savory with honey and grape flavors. Delicious.

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2019 On tap at Pangaea. Pours very dark brown with a modest tan head and a honey and wine aroma. There is a full-bodied treacle and fruit flavor with a tasty red wine finish.
