Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow to orange color forming a medium creamy white head with medium retention and some lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Nose is sweet and flowery. Citrus and grassy notes followed by sweet pale grains. Slightly sweet upfront taste that becomes quickly bitter and grassy. Caramel malts. Citrus hops profile. Medium body and carbonation. I bought this bottle from Amstein. I drank it yesterday in Bonfol, before to sleep. In my point of view, it is a pleasant pale ale, I could say close to an IPA, on the American way. The color is copper and troubled, thin and white foam, average carbonation. The taste is decently bitter, fruity, malt but the bitterness dominates during all the phases, a bit soapy at the final, next one please.

weark (1190) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - DEC 30, 2016

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 7, 2016
from Erzbierschof - hqazy dark orange beer with a chaotic yet persistent pale beige foam; the nose is animal and vegetal with notes of peaches; quite full-bodied, moderate carbonation; solidly bitter, gently mineral with a long flowery finish with hints of strawberries; light cheesy and with a biting bitterness
