Es una cerveza mas robusta que busca destacar el sabor de las maltas tostadas, acentuándose este propósito tras un periodo de envejecimiento en la botella.
Aporta un marcado gusto amargo gracias al excelente lúpulo cosechado en la localidad de Daroca, pionera en Aragón de este cultivo.
Se muestra ideal para descubrir con tranquilidad todos los matices de aromas y sabores que nos ofrecen el tueste de las maltas y amargor del lúpulo.

Marrón oscura. Espuma exagerada de aspecto jabonoso. Aroma avinagrado con base de caramelo. En boca mantiene ambos, añadiendo notas de chocolate y un tono general seco. Lejos de ser redonda.
