Bottle from DotW Zurich HB. Pours hazy yellow with a big head. Aroma is coriander, grapefruit, wheat, yeast. Body is medium with a strong lively carbonation, with a rather thin malt backbone and a dominant bitterness, mostly from the grapefruit. Low fruit, but it still lifts the beer up. Almost chewy. Dry shortish palate. Good.

June 2017 - Bottle share at 1 Canada Square. Big thanks to Adey, baby. As ’Trois Dames / Drinks of the World Grapefruit Blanche’. Hazy yellow, opaque, foamy off-white head. Aroma is papery, biscuity, elderflower. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is papery, sugary, simple malt background with a spicy, dusty dryness. Middle of the road. 42nd floor beer share. Thanks to Ade. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dry malts, light dry creamy sweetness. Modest grapefruit. Smooth cooling pine. Little tangy orange. Light dry finish brings a mild spicy note. Not bad.

More grain and bread malts, more wheat, sweet citrus fruits, light grapefruit, orange, more straw, soft carbonation, medium bodied. More of a wheat ale, but not bad at all. I bought this bottle at drink of the world in Geneva. I drank it in Paris, in the hotel room. In my opinion, it is a delicious and refreshing IPA, generally I am not disappointed about this brew, even that it is fashonable. It sounds more a white IPA, the body is yellow, creamy and troubled, white head. The carbonation is a bit lower than usual, even though there is a discreet side sparkling, due to the kind of hop, perfect bitterness, staying for the eternity like the Odyssee of Homere, huge touch of grapefruit, citrus, some wheat but it is hidden by this such powerful climbing flower, a bit watery but the taste is well balanced during all the phases and sips until your bed, next one waiter!!!!
