COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2023 From a 750ml green bottle from Wildflower Sydney (BB 2/24). Thanks to Mesa Wine in WA for importing this artisanal French saison to Australia. I get strong aromas of green apples and freshly mown grass with soft white peppers and bready malts. Taste follows, grassy dry finish with medium bitterness. Palate is slick and medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pours hazy golden with an ample fluffy white head. Nice one.
