A fresh, aromatic special malt for NO:6 Ale is used, mixed with darker types of malt and caramel malt which produces a richer color and a balanced full-bodied taste.

Aroma is somewhat malty with bread and nuts. Flavour feels a bit stale with bready malt, some grain, hops, toffee and nuts. Also some spices. Not the most typical EPA.

Pours a brown colour with a small white head. The aroma is mildly sweet malts, hops and fruits. The flavour is lightly malty and slightly bitter. Average Pale Ale.

Brown with a low, but dense head. Aroma of biscuits, nuts and floral hops. The flavour is very fresh wit a good malt profile and a nice bitter finish.

Bottle. (old notes from 2007) Dark, slightly hazy amber. Quite hoppy aroma with notes of smoke and caramel. Dry, clean, light taste with a little metallic and earthy bitterness. Descent.

A beautiful golden amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. Nice caramel malt in aroma with light cinnamon notes. In mouth, a good bready caramel malt with creamy mouthfeel, a bit of cinnamon hearts, more like a vienna, medium bodied. Bieropholie import, BB Jan 09, tasted Jan. 4 2010.

Golden-orange in colour with a thin lasting white head, good lacing. Aroma is slightly hoppy, floral and fruity, caramel malt sweetness. Flavour is lightly bitter, grassy and light citrus hops, some caramel sweetness, some tea. Dry mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes very dry, juicy and bitter.


Pretty light all-round but nothing really wrong with this.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Malty bready flowery aroma with speculaas. Malty sweetish spicy flavor with nutmeg and speculaas. Flowery bitter finish. Tasty beer for such a modest ABV.

Mondial 2009. Pours a medium slightly hazy copper with a thinning head. Aroma is earthy hops, slight tea like and light caramel and toffee malts. Flavor is good english yeast- light fruits, with an herbla nad tea hop kick with some earthy hints and smooth malts as it warms. relatively smooth. Ok for a EPA or bitter.

330ml Bottle - Copper coloured. Moderately hoppy aroma with grapefruit, peach and some spicy malt notes. Hoppy and fruity taste with grapefruit, caramel and spicy malt.
