(Draught at Olutkellari Helsinki on 2008-12-03) Dark reddish brown and clear. Medium sized quickly disappearing white head. Malts and metallic aromas in nose. Full bodied palate and dryish with medium carbonation. Strong malty flavour that contains also vegetables, spices, cough mixture, bitterness and little bit of roastedness. Bitter and spicy aftertaste.

austone (1062) - Turku; Pori, FINLAND - DEC 11, 2008
Cellared for a year. Dark reddish brown, lovely firm beige head. Nicely spicy and yeasty nose, christmas, some orange zest, strawberry, wheat and candy sugar. Sweet sugary flavor, balanced spices, liquorice and little hops, wheat and yeast in the herbal finish. Slightly ashy and strongly herbal with yeast poured in. Very round soft palate. A lovely, balanced christmas brew. The year has done good.

Ungstrup (51382) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2008
Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma is acidic malty combined with notes of caramel and lighter notes of spices - especially ginger. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of dust and malt, as well as a metallic note that stings the tongue. The finish is dry.

Very spicy, feels like your insides have been laced with cinnamon after you drink this down. In fact I can’t even recall much more about this beer than cinnamon cinnamon and cinnamon. Would recommend this to cinnamon heads if there are any, especially to cinnamon girls...
