Bottled (BBE 02/2007)
Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Aroma of banana, rye, yeast and paper bags. Semi-sweet overriped banana flavor mixed with rye bread. Fizzy carbonation and bready aftertaste. Does not show alcohol much. Simple dessert beer, Belgish.
Bottled (Thanks Bov!, my rating #2600), Reddish amber colour with beige small head. Aroma is yeast, spices some ryebready notes. Flavour is big grassy hoppyness with some burning spices and yeast. 9.5% are wellhidden in the beer. Wellbalanced, though the aroma was more promising than the flavour was.
slightly hazy reddish-amber colour, very little beige head; aroma of yeast, bread and banana; sweet, effervescent, quite full-bodied, slightly oily, low bitterness; the finish is short, dry and elusive with some fruity reminiscence - good but not very tasty; the 9,5% are not noticable
