Tap at Hankridge Arms Taunton. Pours pale gold with no head. Very little aroma (no carbonation). Taste is lemon/citrus with decent bitterness on the front and mid palate. Texture is thin and watery. Served quite cold for am ale. Not great but might be OK on a hot day.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Light fruity smell with some flowers, bread and light hops. Similar taste. Light. Clean. Not that hoppy but a very drinkable beer.

On tap at the sloop. This golden ale, is very refreshing, with a slightly bitter yet not to sweet taste. Goes beautifully with a summers day and a hard days thirst. Its taste is hard to distinguish at first, but towards the end of the pint a slight taste of nutmeg and meringue comes through. I’m not a great fan of badger’s beers but this installment isn’t too bad and is something that I could probably drink more often.

MattiasA (862) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 23, 2014
On tap at Tröls. A fine English pale ale, love the english malts that brings citrus, peach, grass and herbs with them balanced with a nice semi-sweet maltiness. Get it and try it.
