COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh hand-sliced jalapeños and over 100 pounds of pineapple purée. It all comes together to perfectly balance the heat of the peppers with the delicate, clean, crisp, and slightly malty flavors of the pilsener.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2022 Can/Fest. A- Jalapeno, faint citrus. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, no head. T- Jalapeno, faint pineapple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spicy finish. O- Forget the pineapple, this is primarily a chili beer. While not absurdly spicy, the jalapeno overtakes everything. Needs more balance, but not terrible. This is a marinade beer.

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2021 12oz can pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is peppers some citrus and the sweet pineapple. Taste is more of the nice sweet pineapple a touch of jalapeño spice but mostly just the pepper taste...way better then expected.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2021 Draft pour, clear straw color. Light chili pepper aroma. Nice chili aroma and spice. The tingle is not overpowering and really makes this a nice beer.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2021 Hazy gold pour with a one finger white head. Aroma of surprisingly fresh green jalepeno, cereal and bread. Flavor is about the same, just a hint of fruitiness in the end, but not something that I could really identify as pineapple. Light body, off dry, medium, spritzy carbonation, little to no heat. Pretty tasty, probably the cleanest implementation of chiles in a beer that if tried.

zombywoof (549) - Overland Park, Kansas, USA - APR 16, 2021
UPDATED: APR 16, 2021 Can. Poured into German style pilsner glass. Moderate frothy head and yellow hazy color. Prominent nose of jalapeno. Sweet, fruity with some heat from the pepper. It's OK but nothing I would seek out.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2020 I’ve never been a fan of pepper beers, and I wouldn’t drink more than a part of a can of this, but I can still appreciate the appropriate balance of heat offset by sweet pineapple. Picked up a can at Beertopia in 2020.

ozzy70 (4110) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - MAR 10, 2020
UPDATED: APR 7, 2020 Can at Extreme Beer Fest. Poured hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, pepper. Taste was sweet, light spice, sweet fruit, sour pineapple, more spice/jalapeño in the finish.
