Splitting up more countries into regions

Message Oakes P admin beers 30670 º places 1135 º 14:02 Mon 7/11/2016 Japan - by region or prefecture? I’d guess region makes more sense, even if non-Japanese aren’t remotely familiar with those. But Belgium? A microscopic country with three meaningful subdivisions? Can’t imagine how that makes sense to anybody.

Size doesn’t matter, really, for there are lots of breweries and beers - and beer places! With provincial particularism. I would love to see some badges too, of course. ^^ From Brabant geuzes over Wallonian farmhouses and Antwerp special belge to Flemish old bruins and earthy yeasted strong ales...

Everyone does, no?

I’d much prefer prefecture because since this all for fun it makes it more of a challenge to collect. Plus every prefecture other than Kagoshima (at least according to my 2 minutes of googling) makes sake.
