poisoneddwarf	3.9 Wingman Pain Killer 16 oz. Aroma is strong in coconut; there's also citrus, alcohol, a quickly disappearing pukey note. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls pretty quickly into a ring. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately sour (7/10), finishing with a light dry bitterness. All the ingredients come through in flavor, coconut the strongest. Alcohol is hidden extremely well. What a weird beer. I wasn't expecting the tartness--I was expecting a more sweet malty beer. Light pale malts muted piney hop aromas and flavors, full bodied and smooth with sort of a “big” feel. Lacking the “juicy” tropical hop notes I expected. zoucrew102	3.2 Wingman Big Baby Flat Top 500ml bottle, 2015 vintage. Sour roasted malt aroma with notes of chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with roasted malt, chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as still having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with bourbon and oak flavors as well as a distinct sourness reminiscent of the 2015 Goose Island stouts. Let this one sit too long unfortunately and it soured on me. stevoj	3.4 Wingman P-51 Porter - Peanut Butter Cup Bottle from Slice & Biscuit. Dark brown, no light comes through, small cap of creamy beige head. Sweet aroma, like a cola, remnants of some peanut butter. Taste is also sweet, elements of chocolate and peanut butter. Faint chocolate with a tiny bitter bite at the finish. 5000	3.4 Wingman Noel Bottle: Muddy brown, deep red hue, dishwater like head, dies quickly, no lacing. Almost still at this point. Spicy breadiness, sweet, some caramel and toffee, touch of dark pitted fruit. Similar on the tongue, semi-sweet, a but dusty like a Belgian but not too strong. Lacks carbonation. Bready in a dark sense, with some minor dark pitted fruit. Moderate body and mouthfeel. Clean finish, soft bready malts, a bit belgian in that dusty sense, with dark pitted fruit lingering. 5000	3.3 Wingman Old Plank Pils Can: Hazy straw, thin foamy white head, little lacing. Soft spicy straw/hay on the nose. Musty straw/hay up front, a little shrubby, make that quite a bit shrubby. Seems a little herbal. This one is not your standard Pilsner, thats usually simple and crisp, this has a lot of fauna character. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. A touch dry as well. Shrubby and herbal on the finish. Interesting take on the style. Not as smooth as others, but interesting. Tuesday, June 26, 2018

Pours dark caramel brown colored with a thin toffee brown head that has some retention and little lacing. Starts with sticky sweet dark fruit, caramel and brown sugar flavors as well as a full body and sticky mouthfeel. Finishes smooth with vanilla, bourbon, toffee and a bit of chocolate and booze. Strong citrus almost lemon hop flavor with plenty of bready maltiness. Medium full bodied, somewhat dry, medium co2, lingering bitterness that stings the palette. Enjoyable ipa.
