Medium-bodied, malty base, slightly dry with low sweetness, but just enough to counterbalance the dry, piney, herbal and bitter hops in the lingering finish. Very well balanced, superb. Arômes de levures et beaucoup d'esters épicées, citron et orange, quelques effluves boisées et un peu caramélisées, céréales légèrement terreuses. En bouche, orange et levures épicées, saveurs boisées rappellant le Cognac, banane séchée, caramel, biscuit au gingembre. Finale herbacée et âcre, gingembre, citron séché. wilzwert	3.4 Moulins d'Ascq été Bière 75 cl trouvée chez Leclerc à Fives. je ne suis pas une grande fan des moulins d'Ascq classiques mais j'ai voulu donner une chance à cette version estivale. Au final, elle s'avère fraîche, finement houblonnée, avec une pointe d'agrumes et d'acidité, je l'ai très bien pour la saison et pas trop forte. Friday, July 8, 2022

wilzwert	3.1 Moulins d'Ascq blanche à l'hibiscus Bière pression brassée exclusivement pour le festival bière à Lille et consommable durant le festival ainsi qu'à la brasserie moulin d'Ascq directement, à Villeneuve-d'Ascq. Il s'agit d'une blanche qui a été aromatisée avec des feuilles d'hibiscus séchées, cela donne une touche florale et une très jolie couleur qui tire sur le rose.
