tontalus	2.1 Farny Hofgutsbier Das Farny Hofgutsbier habe ich an der Talstation der Imbergbahn im Allgäu verkostet. Es kommt klar goldgelb und mit feinporiger, daumendicker und stabiler Krone ins Glas. Der Geruch ist sehr getreidig mit leichten Grasaromen. Beim Antrunk überdurchschnittlich rezent, mit wenig Würze. Auch insgesamt ist der Eindruck eher langweilig und hat keine besonderen Höhen, jedoch einen störenden, metallischen Geschmack. Beim Abgang auch kaum Bitterkeit oder andere nennenswerte Aromen.
