1.9 Adriaen Brouwer Oaked "Adriaen Brouwer Oaked", Fläschchen aus Tausch mit Jef. - Dunkles Kupferrot, trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase Trockenobst (Pflaume), Booskop, Karamel, Vanille, belgische Hefe, ein Hauch von Schokolade, leise säuerliche Züge (Sauerbier), blasse zitronige Hopfung. - Antrunk sirupartig fett schokoladig-malzsüß, Rumtopf, Nougat, parfümierte Süße, dazu blasse krautige Herbe - eine Kakophonie schlecht zusammenstimmender Aromen, aus der sich fade Karamelsüße, stumpfe, schwach holzige Herbe und unangenehme Schnapsigkeit herausschälen. En nariz aromas muy atractivos de malta tostada, chocolate negro, fruta seca (ciruelas pasas, dátiles...) pan negro, pan de centeno, pan tostado, licor, madera... En boca es tremenda, cuerpo medianamente completo, textura oleosa, algo seca, con matices tan deliciosos como complejos, una sinfonía de notas marcadamente dulces, frutales y almibaradas y otras notablemente amargas y torrefactas, al paladar vienen recuerdos de chocolate negro, frutos negros, secos y pasificados, postres ricos en cacao, whisky...que rico banquete.
