Description:
Our audition ales are experimental pilot brews we use to test new ingredients and methods. Our audition beers are made with identical basic American ale malt recipes, but hopped throughout with a new experimental hop. #66 features hops with a pronounced citrusy, grapefruit flavor and aroma. A touch of added dryness lightens the finish and makes a very drinkable brew.
