Air ambulance charity beer. Full Mash Brewery will donate 10 pence from every pint purchased to the Derbyshire, leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
www.dlraa.co.uk. The beer “Chopper Fuel" will be pale in colour at 3.8% abv. It will be brewed using a new technique that results in a beer that is very smooth but still packed with body and hop flavours. A combination of Willamette and Brewers Gold hops will give the beer gentle bitterness and hop aromas. The fermentation will use two yeast strains blended to provide a unique flavour profile.
