A recipe designed and brewed by local homebrewer Alex Grote that incorporates Cheerios (yes, real Cheerios) in the mash and a hefty addition of honey in the boil. The aroma has a distinct honey character, with a subtle nuttiness. A rich, toasty malt flavor balances the dryness of the honey.
