Rye IPA er et kobberfarget rikt IPA med en maltaktig ryggrad som matcher den vanvittige mengden humle som er brukt under bryggingen. Dette ølet har en IBU på +100 og er balansert med masse aromahumle. Rug og havre topper det hele slik at den totalt er en intens og unik opplevelse. Alkoholstyrken er 8,5%
This double IPA is copper colored and bitter, but balanced by the malty flavors. The 20% rye malt gives this beer a nice bite which helps bring the massive hops together.
Malts: pale malt, caramel malts, rye malt, oats. Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Amarillo. Aroma: piney, resinous hops, with notes of fresh fruit, spice and caramel malt. Food pairings: salty and fried foods, grilled red meat and Indian curry.
