Description:
Alphaphylactic Hop was brewed for Saraveza’s second annual double IPA fest and is currently out and about. The beer uses more hops than any brew we’ve made so far, yet still has an aroma spiked with floral and fruity notes rooted in a high temperature fermentation using the brewery’s house saison yeast. Bitterness is moderate for a double IPA at 65 ibu’s but is accentuated by a long and biting finish.
