OCCASUM: spiced high fermentation amber beer scented with karkadè flowers, orange peel, ginger and cinnamon. It has a marked personality and it is a perfect mix of high quality ingredients. It is best served with plenty of foam in a flared glass.
Serving temperature: 10 degrees C.
Available in bottles (33cl and 75cl) and kegs inox (5L and 25L) Key Keg (30L).
Food combinations: suggested with vegetables soups or pasta with savory seasoning,game, venison, wild boar meat, lamb chops, duck in orange sauce, cold cuts, salami, aged cheese, desserts, jams.
