Cask; Special - a collaborative brew between brewsters from UK & Ireland. Number 3 in the series.
Intense citrus and pine aroma as you would expect from an American IPA but then add a hint of roastiness from the dark malt which carries through onto the palate with some sweet malt and a bold, yet balanced bitterness. Using a blend of US hops, this is a complex dark ale, smooth, medium bodied with a spicy fresh hop and gentle roasted finish.
