Deep gold, pale amber in color, Kepler has a distinct citrus aroma, very reminiscent of lemons. A light sweetness balances the relatively high hops bitterness. The yeast character has subtle fruit notes, which compliment the toasty malt flavors. Hops and malt linger in the finish.
