Wintertime Fun Ale is a deep brown English Strong Ale. It is brewed with milk chocolate, marshmallow, cinnamon and peppermint. Attractive aromas of each specialty ingredient are abundant on the nose, complemented by big malty sweet fragrances. Full flavors of chocolate and marshmallow coat the palate, accentuating the overall sweetness of this beer. However, it’s the lingering spiciness from the peppermint that grabs the drinker’s attention and leaves the last impression.
